SYNOPSIS
Sinbad returns from his latest voyage with a plan to retire and settle down with his one true love the Princess Almira. His plan is thwarted when Hedes, Lord of the Underworld, shows up to collect his soul as payment for an old debt. Hedes kidnaps the Princess and whisks her to his Underworld, to make sure that Sinbad pays up. Sinbad must come out of retirement and undertake a new voyage, helped by Aphrodite, the Goddess of love, two smelly sailors, Samir the very bad magician and the Princess’s maid. On the way their ship is sunk after an encounter with the Sirens. Washed up on a desert island ruled by Cyclops and Medusa they are all sacrificed to the Volcano God (who turns out to be Hedes). Hedes is confronted, defeated using Samir’s magic. Aphrodite wins Hedes love with her ‘beautiful’ voice. Sinbad returns home triumphant for a multiple wedding.
